GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 51 ft. Upper casing diameter 5.63 in; top of first opening 51 ft, bottom of last opening 51 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 673.82 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Floor of instrument shelter, 1.89 ft above land-surface datum, May. 21, 1971 to present; Floor of instrument shelter, 675.71 ft above land-surface datum, May. 21, 1971 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - Continuous water level measurements May 1971 to current year.
GAGE - Submersible vented pressure transducer is controlled by an electronic data logger. Water level values are collected on a 60 minute log interval. Real Time data provided from GOES satellite transmitter at site.
COOPERATION - Records are provided by the Miami Conservancy District (MCD). This site is visited by MCD personnel on a monthly basis.
REMARKS - The continuous record is considered good except for periods of missing data due to equipment malfunctions or well maintenance.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum daily low, 23.34 feet below land-surface datum, Dec. 7 and 8, 1976; minimum daily low, 6.94 feet below land-surface datum, Dec. 31, 1990.
