GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 138 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 125 ft, bottom of last opening 135 ft. Drilled, observation well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 49.96 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of inner casing, 1.78 ft above land-surface datum, Aug. 10, 2005, to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 2005 to current year.
GAGE - For 2014 Water Year water-level measurements by U.S. Geological Survey personnel. Equipped with a digital water-level recorder - 15 minute recording interval, June 2007 to current year.
REMARKS - Well PW-03 - Potomac Aquifer Study at Standard Chlorine, Delaware City.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water-level measured, 5.22 ft above sea level, April 18, 2011 (recorder); lowest measured, -1.90 ft above sea level, February 5, 2009 (recorder).
