GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 136 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 126 ft, bottom of last opening 136 ft. Drilled, observation well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 51.78 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of inner casing, 1.63 ft above land-surface datum, Aug. 10, 2005 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 2005 to current year.

    • Water-level measurements by U.S. Geological Survey personnel. Equipped with a digital water-level recorder - 15 minute recording interval, April 2007 to December 2016.
    REMARKS - Well MW-11 - Potomac Aquifer Study at Standard Chlorine, Delaware City.
    EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water-level measured, 3.63 ft above sea level, April 17, 2011 (recorder); lowest measured, -3.14 ft above sea level, December 8 and 9, 2008 (recorder). Lowest water level measured during 2010 aquifer pump test was -5.30 ft above sea level, August 31, 2010 (recorder).
