GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 141.5 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 130 ft, bottom of last opening 140 ft. Drilled, observation well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 53.7 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of inner casing, 1.93 ft above land-surface datum, Aug. 10, 2005, to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 2005 to October 2014.
GAGE - For 2014 water year, water-level measurements by U.S. Geological Survey personnel. Equipped with a digital water-level recorder -15 minute recording interval, December 2005 to October 2014.
REMARKS - Well MW-12 - USGS Potomac Aquifer Study at Standard Chlorine, Delaware City. Missing data due to instrument removal during water quality sampling.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water-level measured, 2.88 ft above sea level, October 1, 2010 (recorder); lowest measured, -2.22 ft above sea level, December 8, 2008 (recorder). Lowest water level measured during 2010 aquifer pump test was -2.89 ft above sea level, August 31, 2010 (recorder).
