WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 10 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 8.8 ft, bottom of last opening 9.8 ft. Driven, observation well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 0.35 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of PVC casing, 4.31 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 17, 2010 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - May 2008 to current year.
GAGE - Water-level measurements by U.S. Geological Survey personnel. Equipped with a digital water-level recorder - 15 minute recording interval, June 2009 to February 2013 (discontinued).
REMARKS - Well SCD-EM-2D, eastern marsh drivepoint; USGS - Potomac Aquifer Study at Standard Chlorine, Delaware City. Missing data due to instrument removal during water quality sampling.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water-level measured, 4.40 ft above sea level, October 30, 2012 (recorder); lowest measured, 1.98 ft above sea level, March 29, 2010 (recorder).
