- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 39°50'27.6", long 74°10'42.5" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Lacey Township, Ocean County, NJ, Hydrologic Unit 02040301, at the Forsythe National Wildlife Area, Forked River.
REVISIONS HISTORY - On 2023-08-11 the period from 2022-12-16 at 13:26 to 2023-02-27 at 11:09 was revised due to an incorrect measurement.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 422 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 412 ft, bottom of last opening 422 ft. Drilled artesian well.
