GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 45 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 35 ft, bottom of last opening 45 ft. Water-level observation well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 708.87 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: top of steel outer casing, 2.36 ft above land-surface datum, Sep. 12, 1991, to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - Periodic water level measurements September, 1987 to current year. Continuous water-level measurements August, 1991 to current year.
GAGE - Data logger and pressure transducer, 60-minute record.
COOPERATION - City of Columbus. This well is part of a long-term ground-water monitoring network in southern Franklin County.
REMARKS - The record is rated good except for periods of missing data which are rated fair to poor due to equipment problems or maintenance.
