- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 39°52'23.21", long 86°21'42.08" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Hendricks County, IN, Hydrologic Unit 05120201, Located on the upstream side of the bridge that crosses county road 750N. Notation on this well will be "DNW" meaning deep Northwest. This well is on the West side of School Branch and is the deeper of the two wells located on this side. 
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 25.5 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 20.5 ft, bottom of last opening 25.5 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 891.72 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Undefined, 3.73 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 27, 2015 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 2015 to current.
