- Water-Year Summary reports summarize a year of hydrologic data in a printer-friendly format.
- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 39°57'40", long 83°25'57" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Madison County, OH, Hydrologic Unit 05060002, 5.2 mi north of London. Owner: State of Ohio.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 290 ft. Upper casing diameter UPPERCASINGDIAMETER; top of first opening OPENTOPVALUE, bottom of last opening OPENBOTTOMVALUE.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,017 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: MEASURINGPOINT.
PERIOD OF RECORD - November 1974 to October 1982 continuous, November 1982 to March 2006 periodic, continuous thereafter.
GAGE - Float and counter weight are suspended by a perforated stainless steel tape from a shaft encoder. Encoder records water levels at 60-minute log interval.
COOPERATION - Records were provided by Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), Division of Water.
REMARKS - Some historical records not published by the USGS are available from ODNR.
