LOCATION - Lat 40°11'05", long 74°12'02" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Howell Township, Monmouth County, NJ, Hydrologic Unit 02040301, about 5,000 ft east of the intersection of Georgia Tavern Rd. and Peskin Rd.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 100.2 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 85.1 ft, bottom of last opening 95.3 ft. Drilled observation well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 111.9 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of shelf, 1.2 ft above land-surface datum, Dec. 29, 1987 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - December 1987 to current year.
GAGE - Water-level recorder.
REMARKS - Water level is affected by the stage of the Manasquan Reservoir and by nearby pumping.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level, 34.83 ft below land surface datum, Mar 31, 2010; lowest, 56.09 ft below land surface datum, Apr 29, 1988.
