LOCATION - Lat 40°11'05", long 74°12'02" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Howell Township, Monmouth County, NJ, Hydrologic Unit 02040301, about 5,000 ft east of the intersection of Georgia Tavern Rd. and Peskin Rd.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 499 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 482.8 ft, bottom of last opening 493 ft. Drilled artesian well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 112.1 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Transfer MP created for migration, 0 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 19, 1987 to Dec. 31, 1987; Top of shelf, 1.8 ft above land-surface datum, Dec. 30, 1987 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - December 1987 to current year.
GAGE - Water-level recorder/transducer.
REMARKS - This well is part of the 5-year NJ Coastal Plain Synoptic. Well also part of the 2015-2017 Colts Neck Water-Level Synoptic. Well integrity test 9/08/2022.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level, 97.02 ft below land surface datum, Apr 29, 30, May 2, 2015; lowest, 165.02 ft below land surface datum, Oct 21, 1988.
