LOCATION - Lat 40°16'37.3", long 76°07'14.4" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Lancaster County, PA, Hydrologic Unit 02050306, at State Game Lands 220, near Blainsport.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 135 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 50 ft, bottom of last opening 135 ft. Drilled unused well, cased to 50 ft, open hole.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 491 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: top of casing; MODIFIED DATE FOR AQ MIGRATION; 03/01/2001, 2.89 ft above land-surface datum, Nov. 29, 1956 to present. Elevation of land surface is from Lidar.
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 8, 2001 to current year.
GAGE - Data collection platform with 15-minute recording interval. Recording interval changed from 60-min to 15-min on Feb 20, 2025. Satellite telemetry at station.
COOPERATION - Site maintained in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Geological Survey.
REMARKS - Daily mean water levels are available for this well for the period of record. For some years, daily minimum and daily maximum water levels may also be available from the USGS Pennsylvania Water Science Center Office.
