LOCATION - Lat 40°16'53.66", long 88°21'20.43" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 NW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.13, T.21 N., R.7 E., Champaign County, IL, Hydrologic Unit 07130006, about 2 mi south of Fisher at Champaign County (Sangamon) Forest Preserve and 0.3 mi west of the Sangamon River. Local names: 21N7E-13.4h1 and CHAM08-09A. Owner: Illinois State Geological Survey.
REVISIONS HISTORY -
Revisions: Groundwater levels for the period Oct. 19, 2021, to July 26, 2021, were revised Mar. 7, 2022, because the incorrect measuring point was used.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 265 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 259.5 ft, bottom of last opening 264.5 ft. Well-casing includes schedule 40 PVC pipe, 5.50 in. diameter borehole with bentonite seal, observation well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 713.88 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988.
