LOCATION - Lat 40°19'18", long 74°15'29" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Marlboro Township, Monmouth County, NJ, Hydrologic Unit 02030104, near the intersection of River Dr. and Newport Rd.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 215 ft. Upper casing diameter 8 in; top of first opening 185 ft, bottom of last opening 215 ft. Drilled artesian well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 138.6 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of base of locking cap, 2.26 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 19, 1993 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - April 1971 to September 1984, May 1986 to current year.
GAGE - Water-level recorder.
REMARKS - Water level is affected by nearby pumping. The well was pumped on Oct 5, 2012. After pumping, the water-level did not return to its previous level. Therefore, the screen may have been partially clogged prior to the pumping.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level, 31.47 ft below land surface datum, March 11, 2015, lowest, 57.15 ft below land surface datum, Aug 28, 2002.
