REVISIONS HISTORY - Revisions: Land-surface datum is 490.07 ft NAVD88, as determined by a GNSS Level II survey on April 19, 2022. Datum previously published as 489.87 ft NAVD88 from DGPS. No metadata exists for the original value, so the land-surface datum was updated based on the 2022 survey. Discrete water-level visits prior to April 19, 2022, are referenced to the original datum.

WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 32.1 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 21.8 ft, bottom of last opening 31.8 ft. Well-casing includes schedule 40 PVC pipe, 4 in. diameter borehole with bentonite seal, monitoring well.
