LOCATION - Lat 40°24'26", long 74°00'19" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Atlantic Highlands Boro, Monmouth County, NJ, Hydrologic Unit 02030104, near the intersection of Highland Ave. and Beverot Pl.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 360 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 350 ft, bottom of last opening 360 ft. Drilled artesian well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 228.8 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of shelf, 2.90 ft above land-surface datum, Aug. 28, 1991, to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 1991 to current year.
GAGE - Submersible logger pressure transducer--60 minute recording interval. Water-level recorder, August 1991 to February 2011.
REMARKS - Water level is affected by tidal fluctuation and nearby pumping.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level, 220.80 ft below land surface datum, Oct 29, 2012; lowest, 227.04 ft below land surface datum, Aug 9, 2010.
