LOCATION - Lat 40°27'45.3", long 78°45'32.6" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Cambria County, PA, Hydrologic Unit 05010007, near Ebensburg, Pa.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 142 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 17 ft, bottom of last opening 142 ft. Drilled observation well, cased to 17 ft, open hole.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 2,135 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of casing above concrete pad, 2.90 ft above land-surface datum, Feb. 28, 2008, to present. Elevation of land surface is from Lidar.
PERIOD OF RECORD - June 2008 to current year.
COOPERATION - Station established and maintained by the U.S. Geological Survey in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
REMARKS - Daily mean water levels are available for this well for the period of record. For some years, daily minimum and daily maximum water levels may also be available from the USGS Pennsylvania Water Science Center Office.
