- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 40°46'29", long 95°50'05" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NW 1/4 SE 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.18, T.69 N., R.43 W., Fremont County, IA, Hydrologic Unit 10240001, on left bank of Missouri River, 0.1 mi south and 0.6 mi west from intersection of 185th Avenue and 190th Avenue, and 2.0 mi northwest of Percival.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 47 ft. Upper casing diameter 3 in; top of first opening 42 ft, bottom of last opening 45 ft. Drilled observation well, cased to 47 ft. All depths below land-surface datum.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 934.99 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: top of casing, 5.08 ft above land-surface datum, Nov. 20, 1995, to present; top of casing, 5.47 ft above land-surface datum, Aug. 20, 2013, to present. Land-surface datum from GPS.
