- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 40°47'19.2", long 73°28'56.1" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Nassau County, NY, Hydrologic Unit 02030202, at west side of Cherry Drive, 63 ft south of Northern State Parkway, Plainview.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 178 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 173 ft, bottom of last opening 178 ft.
PERIOD OF RECORD - December 1975 to May 1984, March 1990 to March 1998, March 2005 to current year.
GAGE - Water-level recorder installed August 2015 to October 2023; 15-minute recording interval. Periodic manual measurements by USGS personnel.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level measured, 91.90 ft above NGVD of 1929, May 31, 1979; lowest measured, 73.28 ft above NGVD of 1929, Sept. 19, 1995.
