LOCATION - Lat 41°27'37.01", long 81°38'05.78" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Cuyahoga County, OH, Hydrologic Unit 04110002,
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 10.45 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 4.4 ft, bottom of last opening 9.6 ft.  
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 728.81 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: MP=TOC MPH=top of flush mount protective casing, 0.3 ft below land-surface datum, Sep. 2, 2013 to present.  
PERIOD OF RECORD - Hourly water level data from September 5, 2013 to present.
GAGE - Non-vented pressure transducer logging at 60-minute interval. Water level data post processed and corrected for barometric pressure changes.
COOPERATION - This well is operated in cooperation with USEPA-ORD as part of an urban renewal / green infrastructure monitoring project.
REMARKS - Well was pumped or bailed on 9/5/2013, 12/5/2013, 10/29/2014, 11/2/2016, 3/27/2017, and 7/17/2018. Water levels may have been removed or left to show recovery but should not be considered natural conditions until recovered to levels prior to pumping.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum daily low, 9.54 feet below land-surface datum, 10/21/2018; minimum daily low, 5.85 feet below land-surface datum, 6/21/2019.
