LOCATION - Lat 41°29'10", long 117°32'10" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 NE 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.25, T.42 N., R.39 E., Humboldt County, NV, Hydrologic Unit 16040109, approximately 40 mi northeast of Winnemucca.
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR-NV-86-1: 1984-85.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 17 ft. Upper casing diameter 72 in; top of first opening undefined, bottom of last opening undefined.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 4,523 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Angle iron, below land surface, 5.0 ft below land-surface datum, Jan. 19, 1989 to present; angle iron below land surface datum, 5.03 ft below land-surface datum, Aug. 27, 2012 to present.
