- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 41°29'27.4", long 92°57'52.0" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 NW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.08, T.77 N., R.18 W., Marion County, IA, Hydrologic Unit 07080105, 800 ft east from intersection of Blue Drive and 200th Avenue, and 4.0 mi northeast of Otley.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 17 ft. Upper casing diameter 2.0 in; top of first opening 12 ft, bottom of last opening 17 ft. Drilled observation well, cased to 12 ft. All depths below land-surface datum.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 739.93 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: top of casing, 2.25 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 8, 2010, to present. Land-surface datum from levels.
