- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

Catskill Formation
LOCATION - Lat 41°45'12.0", long 77°33'36.8" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Tioga County, PA, Hydrologic Unit 02050205, at State Game Land No. 208, and at Gaines.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 78 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 67 ft, bottom of last opening 77 ft. Drilled observation well, cased to 67 ft, open hole.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,317 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: top of casing, 4.0 ft above land-surface datum, Jul. 1, 1972 to present. Elevation of land surface is from Lidar.
PERIOD OF RECORD - July 1972 to current year.
GAGE - Data collection platform with 15-minute recording interval. Satellite telemetry at station.
COOPERATION - Site maintained in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Geological Survey.
REMARKS - Daily maximum water levels are available for this well for the period of record. For some years, daily minimum and daily mean water levels may also be available from the USGS Pennsylvania Water Science Center Office.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Prior to October 2000, the extremes shown were based on extremes of the daily maximum depth below land-surface datum. Since that date, the extremes are based on the instantaneous depth below land-surface datum. Highest water level, 28.57 ft below land-surface datum, Apr 3, 2005; lowest, 35.88 ft below land-surface datum, Oct 11, 1988.
