LOCATION - Lat 41°53'53", long 69°58'54" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Barnstable County, MA, Hydrologic Unit 01090002, about 150 ft east of old pumping station and 45 ft west of road to the public beach at Cape Cod National Seashore in Wellfleet.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 42 ft. Upper casing diameter 2.50 in; top of first opening 32 ft, bottom of last opening 42 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 19.1 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: installed shelter and recorder, MP correction changed, 3.12 ft above land-surface datum, May 16, 2012, to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - Digital recorder with cell-phone modem from May 17, 2012 to present. Prior to that date, monthly measurements by Cape Cod Commission from November 1962 to April 2012.
GAGE - Digital recorder with telephone telemeter since May 2012; monthly measurement by Cape Cod Commission from November 1962 to April 2012.
