LOCATION - Lat 42°03'17.4", long 121°31'25.9" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 SE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.28, T.4000 S., R.1100 E., Klamath County, OR, Hydrologic Unit 18010204, northeast of the City of Merrill. The well is located off of Pope Road.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 335 ft. Upper casing diameter 8 in; top of first opening 55 ft, bottom of last opening 335 ft. Well unused.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 4,299.08 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Transfer MP created for migration, 0 ft above land-surface datum, Dec. 20, 1979 to Sep. 13, 2001; SOUTH LIP, TOC, 1.5 ft above land-surface datum, Sep. 12, 2001 to Nov. 9, 2001; One inch access hole in recorder table, west side, 2.3 ft above land-surface datum, Nov. 8, 2001 to present.

REMARKS - State well identification KLAM 14781.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level, 278.01 ft below land-surface datum June 22, 2002; lowest water level recorded, 325.64 ft below land-surface datum July 1, 2022, well dry at times.
