LOCATION - Lat 42°12'40.79", long 88°10'18.14" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NE 1/4 NE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.15, T.43 N., R.9 E., Lake County, IL, Hydrologic Unit 07120006, in middle of grass yard , north-east and across Old Barrington road from the Lake Barrington Village Office.
REVISIONS HISTORY - Revisions: Land-surface datum was updated to 764.62 ft NAVD88 on May 30, 2023, as determined by a GNSS Level II survey. Land-surface datum was previously published as 764.27 ft NAVD88. Discrete water-level measurements prior to May 30, 2023, are referenced to the original datum.

WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 71 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 65 ft, bottom of last opening 70 ft.
