- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 42°24'32.88", long 88°14'06.06" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 SW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.6, T.45 N., R.9 E., McHenry County, IL, Hydrologic Unit 07120006, 34 feet north of Village of Johnsburg maintenance garage in Hiller Park, 0.1 mile east of Heather Lane, 0.1 mile south of Dakota Ridge Road, 0.5 miles north of West Ringwood Road, 0.6 miles east of North Spring Grove Road, 1.4 miles west of Village of Pistakee Highlands, 2.0 miles north of Village of Johnsburg, 1.5 miles west of Nippersink Creek, and 2.0 miles north of Fox River. Owner: Village of Johnsburg.
REVISIONS HISTORY - Revisions: Land-surface datum was updated to 863.5 ft NAVD88 on May 30, 2023, as determined by a GNSS Level II survey. Land-surface datum was previously published as 855 ft NGVD29 from a topographic map. Discrete water-level measurements prior to May 30, 2023, are referenced to the original datum.
