LOCATION - Lat 42°27'45", long 73°11'20" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Berkshire County, MA, Hydrologic Unit 01100005, Located approximately 30 ft east of Hubbard Avenue and about 0.70 mi north of South Street in Pittsfield.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 31.5 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 26.5 ft, bottom of last opening 31.5 ft. Prior to July 1986, water-table well at same location, diameter 1.25 in, depth 31.5 ft, top of first opening, 29.5 ft, bottom of last opening, 31.5 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,047.57 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: top of well casing, 2.5 ft above land-surface datum, Aug. 29, 1963 to Jul. 1, 1986; top of well casing in shelter, 1.83 ft above land-surface datum, Jul. 1, 1986 to present.
