LOCATION - Lat 42°30'34.5", long 121°33'17.8" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.29, T.3500 S., R.1000 E., Klamath County, OR, Hydrologic Unit 18010202, near Buttes of the Gods. The well is located just to the north of Sprague River Highway and west of the town of Sprague River.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 350 ft. Upper casing diameter 8 in; top of first opening 19 ft, bottom of last opening 350 ft. Well unused.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 4,297 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Transfer MP created for migration, 0 ft above land-surface datum, May. 22, 1969 to Jun. 17, 1970; 0.6, 0.6 ft above land-surface datum, Jun. 16, 1970 to Oct. 12, 1999; Hole in recorder shelf, 1.87 ft above land-surface datum, Dec. 8, 1999 to present.
