- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 42°42'03.67", long 72°01'51.01" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Worcester County, MA, Hydrologic Unit 01080202, Located approximately 0.20 mi north of Elmwood Road and 0.83 mi west of Route 202 in Winchendon.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 13.5 ft. Upper casing diameter 24 in; top of first opening 13.5 ft, bottom of last opening 13.5 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,208.97 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: top of well casing, 3.8 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 31, 1939 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1939 to current year.
GAGE - Measurements are taken quarterly by USGS personnel using a calibrated electric tape.
