LOCATION - Lat 43°00'29.34", long 121°55'21.37" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NE 1/4 NE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.06, T.3000 S., R.700 E., Klamath County, OR, Hydrologic Unit 18010201, near Lookout Butte. The well is located at the northeast corner of the intersection between Forest Service Rd. 390, Forest Service Rd. 180, and Forest Service Rd. 7006 on the Chemult Ranger District of the Winema National Forest.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 205 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening undefined, bottom of last opening undefined. Well unused.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 4,799 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Transfer MP created for migration, 0 ft above land-surface datum, Aug. 27, 1954 to Oct. 21, 1999; Top of casing, 0.45 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 20, 1999 to present.
