LOCATION - Lat 43°00'29.34", long 121°55'21.37" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NE 1/4 NE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.06, T.3000 S., R.700 E., Klamath County, OR, Hydrologic Unit 18010201, near Lookout Butte. The well is located at the northeast corner of the intersection between Forest Service Rd. 390, Forest Service Rd. 180, and Forest Service Rd. 7006 on the Chemult Ranger District of the Winema National Forest.
