  • Water-Year Summary reports summarize a year of hydrologic data in a printer-friendly format.
  • For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
  • For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
  • For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
  • Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 2011 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder, coupled with velocity meter. Elevation of gage is 937 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.
REMARKS - Records are poor. Note that discharge is the daily sum, in cubic feet.
CLIMATOLOGICAL RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 2011 to current year.
INSTRUMENTATION - Tipping bucket rain gage with electronic datalogger.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum daily rainfall, 2.81 in., April 13, 2014.
REMARKS - Rainfall estimated to be 0.00 on the following days because recorded precipitation was interpreted as collector snowmelt. Water Year 2012: Dec 18 and 24. Jan 15-16, and 26. Feb 14, 17, 19, 21, and 26. March 3 and 6. Water Year 2013: Dec 12-14. Jan 5 and 9. Feb 22 and 24. March 6-7, 14, 18, and 29. Water Year 2014: Dec 27-28. Jan 16 and 19. Feb 18. March 7. Data interpreted as collector snowmelt were removed from the record. All unit values and daily values are stored in ADAPS. Rainfall estimated on the following days because the raingage became clogged and recorded precipitation was incorrect. Rainfall data from USGS site 05427927 (4.9 miles away) was used. Water Year 2012: May 25-30. Water Year 2013: June 21-26. Daily estimated values are stored in ADAPS. Unit values were not imported to ADAPS.
WATER-QUALITY RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 2011 to current year.
INSTRUMENTATION - Water-quality sampler August 2011 to current year.
REMARKS - Chemical analyses by the Water and Environmental Analysis Lab at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Samples with end dates/times are flow-composite samples collected by an automatic point sampler which represent the event-mean concentration for the specified runoff period. Samples with only start dates/times are discrete samples collected by the same sampler. The sample runoff volume is the total flow that occurs between the start and end time of each flow-composite sample. In most cases, the sample runoff volume is slightly less than the total storm runoff volume. Some runoff events were not sampled. An approximate storm load (in pounds) can be computed by multiplying the sample runoff volume (in cubic feet) by the constituent concentration (in mg/L) and a factor of 6.2428x10^-5.
