LOCATION - Lat 43°12'46.0", long 95°14'21.0" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.17, T.97 N., R.37 W., Clay County, IA, Hydrologic Unit 10230003, on right bank 30 ft upstream from bridge on 300th Street, 4.3 mi northwest of Spencer, 3.8 mi downstream from Drainage Ditch 52, 14.9 mi upstream from Ocheyedan River, and 199.6 mi upstream from mouth.
CLIMATOLOGICAL RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Precipitation records from October 2011 to current year. Prior to October 2014, published as "Little Sioux River at 300th Street near Spencer, IA."
