LOCATION - Lat 43°27'30.1", long 110°47'49.3" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 SE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.06, T.40 N., R.116 W., Teton County, WY, Hydrologic Unit 17040103, on left bank 14 ft upstream from county bridge on High School Road, 2.1 mi southwest of Post Office in Jackson, and 3.0 mi downstream from Cache Creek.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 24.9 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 23.9 ft, bottom of last opening 24.9 ft. The 2" PVC well has slotted casing from 23.9 - 24.9 feet.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 6,117.75 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of casing at black mark on high point of casing (North side), 0.37 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 20, 2009 to present; MP of 6118.12 is from DGPS measurement collected 10/2011, .37 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 10, 2011 to present. Measuring point elevation is 6118.12 ft above NAVD88.
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 2009 to February 2018 (discontinued).
REMARKS - Data collected by U.S. Geological Survey as part of a U.S. Geological Survey Office of Groundwater pilot study.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level, 3.63 ft below land surface, June 27, 2017; lowest, 22.21 ft below land surface, February 13, 2014.
