LOCATION - Lat 43°44'00.97", long 121°27'57.49" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.19, T.21 S., R.11 E., Deschutes County, OR, Hydrologic Unit 17070302, 4.7 miles north of La Pine, Oregon.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 100 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 69.5 ft, bottom of last opening 100 ft. Drilled domestic well, deepened from 37 ft to 100 ft in 1964, sounded depth of 92.5 ft on Feb. 26, 1998 and 90.5 ft on Oct. 31, 2013. Well unused.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 4,220 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Southside top edge of recorder shelf, 2.42 ft above land-surface datum, May 14, 1999, to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1964 to current year.
