LOCATION - Lat 45°35'15", long 97°08'38" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.23, T.125 N., R.52 W., Roberts County, SD, Hydrologic Unit 07020001, 4.1 mi west northwest of Agency Village, 7.0 mi southwest of Sisseton, and 13.5 mi east of Eden.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 19 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 14 ft, bottom of last opening 19 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,972 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of well casing, 3.5 ft above land-surface datum, May 2, 2012 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - May 2012 to present.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder.
REMARKS - For Oct. 1, 2013 to Sept. 30, 2018, records good. Satellite data-collection platform at station. Water levels affected by pumping of nearby wells.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level, 0.84 ft below land-surface datum, June 19, 2014. Lowest water level, 8.63 ft below land-surface datum, Oct. 25, 2016.
