LOCATION - Lat 46°50'32.69", long 122°57'36.14" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NE 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.29, T.16 N., R.2 W., Thurston County, WA, Hydrologic Unit 17100103, near Sunnydale.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 82 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 74 ft, bottom of last opening 82 ft. Drilled observation well, confined.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 221.06 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Black mark at top of steel casing, 1.5 ft above land-surface datum, Jul. 16, 1987 to present. (Prior to 2012 water year, datum referenced to National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.)
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 1988, November 1997 to current year.
COOPERATION - Washington State Department of Ecology (well designation AAB706). Gage is currently funded entirely by the USGS.
REMARKS - Mid-depth piezometer of three at this site. Records good. U. S. Geological Survey satellite telemeter at station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD -

Highest static water level measured was 12.25 ft below land surface datum (LSD) on Mar. 9, 1999; Lowest measured was 41.43 ft below LSD on Nov. 10, 2001.

Highest instantaneous level recorded was 12.89 ft below LSD on Jan. 8, 2022* and lowest instantaneous level recorded was 41.60 ft below LSD on  Nov. 13, 2001*. (*multiple occasions)

Highest daily recorded water level was 12.91 ft below LSD on Jan. 8, 2022 and lowest daily recorded water level was 41.57 ft below LSD on Nov. 13, 2001.
