WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Drilled observation well, depth 160 ft, cased with 157 ft of 1.25-in diameter plastic pipe, No. 18 slot screen set 157 to 160 ft below land-surface datum.

INSTRUMENTATION.--Measured using a chalked steel tape or a graduated electric tape.

DATUM.--Altitude of land-surface datum is 2,243.33 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (surveyed by ND State Water Commission, accuracy 0.1 ft). Prior to October 1, 2017, land-surface datum was published as 2,241.72 ft above the National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.

MEASURING POINT.--Top of casing 2.12 ft above land-surface datum. Prior to October 1, 2012, top of casing was 2.00 ft above land-surface datum.
