- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 18°24'01.00", long 66°55'40.00" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Quebradillas Municipio, PR, Hydrologic Unit 21010002, on right bank about 1,000 ft below outlet tunnel, about 600 ft below spillway entrance, 400 ft below State Road 476, and 1,300 ft below State Roads 476 and 119 junction at right bank of dam.
DRAINAGE AREA - Indeterminate.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 1969 to December 1970, April 1984 to July 1993, April 2005 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder, satellite telemetry at station. Elevation of gage is 535 ft (163.1 m) above National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, from topographic map.
REMARKS - Flow regulated by Lago Guajataca Dam. Low flows are from seepage through and under dam and nearby springs.
