- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 18°13'45.00", long 65°47'06.00" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Naguabo Municipio, PR, Hydrologic Unit 21010005, on left bank of State Road 191, 0.5 mi (0.8 km) upstream from Quebrada Sonadora, 0.7 mi (1.1 km) upstream from intersection of State Roads 191 and 31, and 0.8 mi (1.3 km) south of Florida.
DRAINAGE AREA - 12.3 mi². (31.9 km2).
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1, 1982 to January 25, 1985, July 27, 2002 to February 23, 2017.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder, satellite telemetry at station. Elevation of gage is 49 ft (14.9 m), above National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, from topographic map.
REMARKS - Low flow affected by diversion for water supply and hydroelectric power generation by the Rio Blanco Offstream Reservoir operated by the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (PRASA) since 2010. The Rio Blanco Offstream Reservoir is located approximately 800 ft (243.8 m) downstream from station.
