LOCATION - Lat 18°02'42.20", long 67°03'09.19" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Lajas Municipio, PR, Hydrologic Unit 21010004, on upstream side of Lajas filtration plant intake, 2.64 mi (4.25 km) southwest of San Germán plaza, 1.57 mi (2.53 km) northeast of Universidad de Puerto Rico Estación Experimental Agrícola, and 0.66 mi (1.06 km) southeast from Lajas plaza.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - September 2009 to September 30, 2010; October 01, 2010 to Sept. 30, 2016 gage heights and miscellaneous discharge measurements only. October 1, 2014 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder, satellite telemetry at station. Elevation of gage is 138 ft (42.1 m) above National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, from topographic map.
REMARKS - Prior to September 24, 2009 station published as 50128935 Canal Principal de Riego del Valle de Lajas above Lajas Filtration Plant at Lajas, PR, at different location and datum. Flow regulated at all stages by Lago Loco Dam.
