LOCATION.--Lat 43°56'53.5", long 73°59'24.4" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Essex County, NY, Hydrologic Unit 02020001,  on right bank 100 ft upstream of confluence with Vanderwhacker Brook.
DRAINAGE AREA.--0.35 mi².  
PERIOD OF RECORD.--July 2014 to current year.
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 1,910 ft above NAVD of 1988, from topographic map.
REMARKS.--Water Years 2017-18: Records fair except those for estimated daily discharges, which are poor.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 9.1 ft³/s, Jan. 13, 2018, gage height, 1.98 ft; maximum gage height, 2.18 ft, Jan. 13, 2018 (ice jam); no flow on many days.
