LOCATION.--Lat 42°42'23.6", long 78°50'57.3" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Erie County, NY, Hydrologic Unit 04120103, on left bank upstream of State Highway 62 in the village of Hamburg.
DRAINAGE AREA.--61.5 mi².  
PERIOD OF RECORD.--September 2017 to current year. 
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 741.37 ft above NAVD of 1988. 
REMARKS.--Water Years 2017-24: Records good except those for estimated daily discharges, which are poor. 
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 8,590 ft³/s, Nov. 6, 2017, gage height, 9.73 ft, from rating curve extended above 1,300 ft³/s on basis of runoff comparisons with nearby stations; minimum discharge, 2.12 ft³/s, Sept. 28, 2020, gage height, 2.59; minimum gage height, 2.57 ft, Sept. 6, 2024.
