Station operated in cooperation with Ross County and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
 03234500 Scioto River at Higby, OH
 LOCATION.--Lat 39°12'44", long 82°51'50", Ross County, OH, Hydrologic
     Unit 05060002, on left bank at upstream side of Higby Road bridge, 0.8 mi 
     downstream from Walnut Creek, 1.2 mi north of Higby, 3.0 mi northwest of 
     Richmondale, and 5.0 mi upstream from Salt Creek. 
 DRAINAGE AREA.--5,131 mi2.
 PERIOD OF RECORD.--October 1930 to current year. Monthly discharge only for 
     some periods, published in WSP 1305.
 REVISED RECORDS.--WSP 893: 1937(M). WSP 1908: Drainage area.
 REMARKS.--Water-quality data formerly collectd at this site.
 EXTREMES OUTSIDE PERIOD OF RECORD--Maximum gage height, 31.6 ft, Mar. 26, 1913.
