Station operated in cooperation with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
 03131500 Black Fork at Loudonville, OH
 LOCATION.--Lat 40°38'09", long 82°14'22", Ashland County, OH, Hydrologic 
     Unit 05040002, on right bank at downstream side of bridge on State Rt. 39 at 
     Loudonville and 1.5 miles downstream from Big Run.
 DRAINAGE AREA.--349 mi2.
 PERIOD OF RECORD.--Continuous discharge gage, May 1931 to September 1991, recording 
     crest stage gage, October 1991 to Sept. 30 2007(station discontinued).
 REVISED RECORDS.--WSP 873: 1935. WSP 1907: Drainage area.
 REMARKS.--Flow regulated by since 1936 by Charles Mill Lake, 16 mi upstream from station. 
     Records include diversion from Clear Fork Reservoir which enters Black Fork drainage 
     as sewage effluent from city of Mansfield (see REMARKS for station 03133500). 
     water-quality data collected at this site 1958, 1968 to 1977.
