03259000 Mill Creek at Carthage, OH LOCATION.--Lat 39°12'07.1", long 84°28'16.6", Hamilton County, OH, Hydrologic Unit, 05090203, on right bank 100 ft downstream from Anthony Wayne Avenue bridge at Carthage, 1.0 mi downstream from West Fork and 11.0 mi upstream from mouth. Cincinnati East quad. DRAINAGE AREA.--115 mi2. PERIOD OF RECORD.--Continuous discharge gage, November 1946 to September 2002, October 2010 to current year, recording crest stage gage, October 2002 to September 2010. REVISED RECORDS.--WDR-OH-95-1: 1993 (M). WSP 1908: drainage area. REMARKS.--Flow regulated by West Fork Mill Creek Reservoir, 6.9 mi upstream, since 1953. Some interbasin transfers of water between Mill Creek and Great Miami River basins by industrial and municipal operations. Water-quality data formerly collected at this site.
