LOCATION - Lat 41°24'27", long 81°52'58" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Cuyahoga County, OH, Hydrologic Unit 04110001, at upstream right bank side of the Valley Parkway bridge.

DRAINAGE AREA - 267 mi².

REVISIONS HISTORY - WSP 1437: 124, 1925(M), 1926, 1927(M), 1928-29, 1930-35(M), 1945. WSP 1912: Drainage area. WDR-OH-2-1983: 1978-1982(M), Apr. 23, 2022 to June 23, 2022.

SURFACE-WATER RECORDS

PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1923 to September 1935, September 1943 to current year. Monthly discharge only for October 1923, published in WSP 1307. Gage moved from Cedar Pt Rd to downstream location in April 2018.

GAGE -

Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage.

Datum of gage is 641.51 ft (NAVD 1988). Prior to Apr. 26, 2018, datum of gage was 649.33 ft (NAVD 1988). Prior to October 2012, datum of gage was 649.9 ft (NGVD 1929) (Cuyahoga County benchmark). Prior to Sept. 30, 1935, nonrecording gage at same site at (NGVD 1929).

Apr. 5, 2016 to Sept. 13, 2016: discharge records good. Sept. 13, 2016 to Nov. 30, 2016: discharge records fair. Nov. 30, 2016 to Feb. 1, 2017: discharge records fair, except for estimated records, which are poor. Feb. 1 2017 to Nov. 1, 2017: discharge records good. Nov. 1, 2017 to Feb. 21, 2018: water discharge records fair, except for estimated records, which are poor. Feb. 21, 2018 to Aug. 22, 2018: water discharge records poor. EXTREMES OUTSIDE PERIOD OF RECORD - Flood in Mar. 1913 reached a stage of 20.9 ft.
