STATION.--412458078324601 ELK COUNTY, local well number EK 108
LOCATION.--Lat 41`24'58.3", long 78`32'42.7", Hydrologic Unit 05010005, at St. Marys.
OWNER.--St. Marys Municipal Joint Water Authority.
AQUIFER.--Pottsville Group of Middle Pennsylvanian age.
WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Drilled observation well, diameter 12 in., depth 340 ft, cased to 40 ft, open hole.
INSTRUMENTATION.--Data collection platform with 60-minute recording interval. Satellite telemetry at station.
DATUM.--Elevation of land surface is 1,741 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988, from Lidar. Measuring point: Top of casing, 2.30 ft above land-surface datum.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--October 1974 to current year.
COOPERATION.--Funding for the operation of this station is provided by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Geological Survey.
This station managed by the PAWSC Williamsport Field Office.
