03021350 FRENCH CREEK NEAR WATTSBURG, PA
LOCATION - Lat 42°00'55", long 79°46'58" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Erie County, PA, Hydrologic Unit 05010004, on right bank at downstream side of bridge on Tanner Road, 1,200 ft east of State Highway 474, 1.1 mi west of Pennsylvania-New York border, 1.5 mi northeast of Wattsburg, and 2.4 mi above confluence with West Branch French Creek.
DRAINAGE AREA - 92 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - Prior to December 2, 2022, the datum of gage was reported as 1304.84 ft above NGVD29
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1974 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 1304.7 ft. above NAVD88 and 1305.2 ft above NGVD29 as determined from real time network GNSS survey. Satellite telemetry at station.  Prior to December 2, 2022, the datum of gage was reported as 1304.84 ft above NGVD29.
COOPERATION - Station established and maintained by the U.S. Geological Survey. Funding for the operation of this station is provided by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, and U.S. Geological Survey through the Cooperative Water Program.
REMARKS -

Records are rated good except those for estimated daily discharges, which are poor and those discharges greater than 1,000 ft³/s, which are poor.
