LOCATION - Lat 18°15'47.22", long 66°12'25.57" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Comerio Municipio, PR, Hydrologic Unit 21010005, located on State Road 167 behind the Represa Comerío 1; 2 mi (3.22 km) of Comerío town and 0.62 mi (0.99 km) upstream of the Represa Comerío 1.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - December 6, 2004 to January 22, 2015; discontinued.
GAGE - Elevation of gage is above National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, feet.
COOPERATION - Puerto Rico Electric and Power Authority (PREPA).
REMARKS - The Represa Comerío 2 was completed in the 1913 and designed to store 4,925 acre-ft (6.023 hm3) of water to be utilized for hydroelectric generation in the system of Comerío. Construction is concrete buttresses type and is 128 ft (39.01 m) of height.
